"Pescatel (The Hatchery)"

Epic #17, July 1986 ($0.75)
Poem:
"There was a mighty warrior,
He carried with him, trouble.
Each town that he would visit,
He would soon reduce to rubble.
If he comes to your village,
Do be careful what you say,
Don't ever call him "Mendicant"
Else, you will rue his day.
No man alive has bested him,
Most people are afraid.
Each time that he is challenged,
Some poor soul must taste his blade.
So know him well, this man of might-
And scourge of all domains...
Groo is the man with everything-
Except, of course, for brains."

Moral:
"The fish most likely to be caught
is the one with the biggest mouth."
