"A Minstrel's Tale"

Epic #56, October 1989 ($1.00)
Poem:
"Listen as I sing to you-
Of the deeds of one called Groo.
Where he goes, his fame precedes him-
Where he goes, nobody needs him.
They all know his sad refrain-
Lots of brawn but not much brain-
They all know that he is lacking-
In all skills except attacking.
No one else who walks the land-
Slays so many men by hand.
But there is no cause for fear-
He is leagues away from here..."

Moral:
"To talk about the Wanderer is dangerous to do-
It can be just as deadly as to find yourself with Groo!"
