"A Drink of Water"

"Across the land a town called Vand
Was filled with fear and strife.
A recent drought left them without
One precious need in life.
At no one's sink was there a drink
The ponds were just the worst.
Without a flow of H2O
They all would die of thirst.
The duty fell to just one well
To serve each som and daughter.
In rain or shine they'd form a line
And wait all day for water.
Now just offhand, you'd think that Vand
Could use a helpful person.
But having Groo out helping you
Can only make things worsen."

Moral:
"The surest path to chaos is too much organization."
